All products offered by The Southside Gal™ are licensed, not sold. By purchasing or accessing any product from this studio, you agree to the terms outlined below. This licensing exists to protect the work while ensuring you can use it meaningfully within your own business or personal workflow.
All content, materials, frameworks, systems, toolkits, templates, and intellectual property remain the sole property of The Southside Gal™. Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials under the terms described below. No ownership rights are transferred.
Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, all products are licensed for individual use only.
You may:
➢ Use the purchased materials for your personal or internal business use by the individual purchaser
“Internal business use” refers only to work performed by the individual purchaser and does not grant rights to use the materials within a company, team, or organization.
➢ Modify or adapt copies of the materials for your own use
Modifications are permitted solely for the purchaser’s own use and do not create new ownership rights in the original or modified materials.
➢ Customize text, structure, or formatting to fit your workflow or business
➢ Create outputs (plans, notes, decisions, internal documentation) using the materials
Outputs may not reveal, replicate, or make the original materials, structure, or methodology reasonably reconstructable.
You may not:
➢ Share, distribute, or transfer the materials to others
➢ Share screenshots, excerpts, walkthroughs, or visual representations of the materials—whether modified or unmodified—in public or private forums.
➢ Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the materials in any form
➢ Use the materials to create competing or derivative products
➢ Claim the materials or methodology as your own
➢ Teach, present, or train others using the materials
➢ Provide the materials to clients, students, teams, or organizations
➢ Use the materials as part of a done-for-you service
This applies whether the materials are shared as-is or modified.
Licensees may use purchased materials within private, internal AI-assisted workflows for their own personal or internal business use.
This includes using AI tools to customize wording, draft internal documents, generate variations, adapt formatting, or create internal outputs based on the materials.
Such use does not transfer ownership of the original materials and does not grant permission to redistribute, resell, publish, share, or make the materials reasonably reconstructable by others.
AI-assisted use remains subject to the same individual license limitations.
The materials may not be used, in whole or in part, to:
➢ Train, fine-tune, or develop AI models, datasets, custom GPTs, workplace AI systems, or commercial AI products
➢ Embed the materials into AI systems in a way that makes them accessible to individuals or entities beyond the licensed purchaser
➢ Create AI-generated derivative products intended for resale, redistribution, or client delivery
The intellectual property, structure, and methodology of The Southside Gal™ may not be absorbed into automated systems, tools, or services that extend beyond the individual license granted.
The standard license is intended for individual use only unless a separate written agreement or multi-user license is purchased.
The materials may not be:
➢ Used as client deliverables
➢ Incorporated into consulting, coaching, training, or done-for-you services
➢ Taught, licensed, sublicensed, redistributed, or resold
➢ Repackaged as competing or derivative products — whether modified or unmodified
➢ Shared with clients, collaborators, teams, or third parties
Application of insights within the purchaser’s own internal operations is permitted, provided the original materials are not shared, transferred, embedded, or made reasonably reconstructable.
If you are seeking materials designed for client delivery, redistribution, or multi-user implementation, this studio may not be the right fit.
Licenses are issued to individuals, not roles or businesses.
Virtual assistants, contractors, or freelancers may not use materials purchased by another individual unless they have purchased their own license.
A license purchased by a virtual assistant or contractor is valid only for that individual’s own internal business use and may not be used within client businesses.
If a virtual assistant or contractor wishes to use materials within a client’s business, that client must purchase their own license. Use of the materials must be limited to the scope of that licensed business only.
Under no circumstances may materials be shared, redistributed, resold, or reused across multiple clients or businesses under a single license.
Each purchase grants a license to one individual only. The license may not be shared across teams, departments, households, classrooms, or organizations.
All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. Access details will be provided at the time of purchase or via follow-up email, depending on the product.

The Southside Gal™ reserves the right to update or revise products and licensing terms as the studio evolves. Purchasers are bound by the licensing terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Use of emerging technologies does not expand or override the scope of this license.
